RaStarr+PR launched in 2000 supporting music artists Clayton Bryant (Ashford  and Simpson, Darlene Love. Lisa Fisher, Freddie and many others. {currently touring in Barcelona, Spain) as well as, simultaneously working with newly elected New York (USA) and Canadian Grammy Board of Governors Member Mr. Steve Pageot CEO of Pageot Productions a Grammy Award Winner with Grammy Award Winner Gordon Chambers for Engineering and Producing Multi Grammy Award Winner Aretha Franklin's  "Wonderful" Album.  Steve a f National Canadian Jazz winner,    both mentored under George "RaStarr" Walker as young adults under the umbrella of Global Access ManageMeant (GA ManageMeant.   Assisting in developing the business, legal, and management skills of both young  men.  exposing them to the entertainment business culture and helping to Brand their image and businesses,   introducing them to entertainment attorneys, entertainment executives, relevant meetings and workshops.  expand their brands. It was a natural progression for RaStarr+PR to blossom and evolve into an established promotional company. With help from his family and Community Not For Profits,  RaStar+PR intends to increase publicity and media exposure for clients world wide.
