We always seek to enable, mentor and encourage our youth.  Internships are always open when need arises,  contact us with your interest.  You will work extensively with Mr. Walker's team, while  building his vision and mission to make each client's expectation a reality.

RaStarr +PR's experience in working with the Grammy Academy: New York and Philadelphia chapters, A.S.C.A.P,  S.E.S.A.C, Martha's Vineyard Blues and Jazz Festival, Essence Music Festival, (NABFEME) National Association of Black Females Executives and Entertainment, (NABJ) National Association of Black Journalists, (WEEN) Woman Entertainment Empowerment Network, (WEDC)  Women's Enterprise Development Center, Caribbean Life Newspaper(N,Y,), Westside Story News Paper (LA), How We Live Magazine (S.C.), Suburban Styles Magazine (Westchester), Official media at  BET Awards, Mandela Day, . BET Honors, BET Hip Hop Awards, Super Bowl events, Ozy Fest, Central Park Summer Stage, helps to  mentor and share professional real life experiences with our interns.  Our last interns had the unbelievable opportunity to volunteer for an official CFDA sanctioned NYFW Show.  Opportunities like that don't come everyday for our youth.

Entertainment Internship program for Entry Level Entertainment  Professionals was created when Mr. Walker introduced to his oldest daughter Ayana currently a Warner Discovery Executive to HBO Max /HBO TV who was trained by editors from Essence Magazine, New York Times and the Daily News.  He mentored her growing up, even while she interned for HBO, today she has mentored WEEN Teens and is now a Just Media Board Member.  It evolved as he fostered each of his child's talents, each different and unique.

Mr. Walker introduced he son Rageim then a H.S. Student to the Financial IT Industry as he interned for Mr. Walker's company George Walker Starrs Consulting Solutions, trained in Telecommunications cabling and Network Connectivity during a 200 plus Chase/Manufactures Hanover ATM (Cash Machine) rollout across the five boroughs of New York City and the Westchester County a two year contract. an enriching entry level opportunity for a high school student in the Financial Industry. he was joined by his future wife, other members of the Starrs Basketball program, Rageim currently has a degree in Economics and Computer Science and earned his MBA from New York University and has been a Senior Executive at a Black Rock Securities and currently SVP at Lloyds LTD

Ali Walker a legit trained child actor, a 3 time scholarship awardee in Junior high school and a 7 time scholarship awardee in high school including Rochester Institute of Technology and Quinnipiac University,  ali has completed numerous community service hours in Junior High School and High School,  He has had a life long passion for Video Games following a childhood hospital stay. where he and his brother Rageim played at the hospital to comfort him.  Ali, has studied Set Design, Stage Lighting, Photography, Drawing, Painting, Music is support of his Video Game Design Aspirations, academically, he is a power house.  Honors in elementary school, Junior High School, High School and Presidents List in college. he played basketball and Lacrosse in Junior High School, Tennis, Baseball and Ultimate Frisbee, and Scoccer where he won most improved Player award. 

Starrs Basketball Program has given Ali the opportunity to intern with New York City's premier Anti Violence Program Street Corner Resources where he shares his knowledge of graphics and media.  Ali is currently a Junior at State University of New York at Canton where he has been on the Presidents List of distinguished Students for the last three years. Where he is a Video Game Development and Design Major slated to graduate in 2025.  Ali has had the most scholarship offers of anyone in our family!  He as also interned for the Tribeca Film Festival Family day and Football Fashion Week for NY/NJ Super Bowl XLVIII Snowflake Huddle Committee, he was the family member selected to join Mr. Walker during his New York Knicks V.I.P. Experience where he met NBA/New York Knicks Hall of Fame Legends Walt Frazer, Allan Houston, and Bernard King, due to his academic and athletic accomplishments.

Allegra like her brothers and sister is a lifetime honor student, a triple threat talent and musician, she Sings, Dances, Acts, and Writes.  Her voice is amazing' God's Gift.  Having a brother like Ali she was able to attend a top performing Arts High school in The Hudson Valley,  As Ali brother couldn't accept all the scholars he was offered.  Allegra was blessed to be offered one after  Mr. Walker tired of the constant calls for Ali and introduced the schools Admissions Officer to his younger sister, who they quickly fell in love with.  Allegra went on to run Cross Country, play Lacrosse, go undefeated in JV Volleyball as an 8th grader, play Varsity Volleyball, Lacrosse, and play softball, captain team and become MVP, as a 9th grader.  She earned a place on the National Honors Society in the 10th grade. in the 11th grade she had a leading role in the schools 150th Anniversary musical West Side Story as Anita, to a week of sold out shows.  moving to New York City her Senior Year she graduated from American Sign Language High School 47 while completing 5 NYS Regents and participating in the NYC DOE College Now Program she attended Baruch College studying and being accepted to UAlbany's Honors College. where she was accepted to the Pre Law Program and graduated on the Deans List of Distinguished Students with Honors, a Spellman Scholar and having been elected to the Executive Branch of the Student Association as Director of Community Exchange and Outreach.  She is currently applying to Law School.

Amani is a sucessful child actor who has been courted by three professional talent agencies, CSED, Avalon and Abrams Actors Agency, he was to audition for the Director of the "Peanuts Movie" and the famous AT&T "Kids" Commercials four times.  Amani is interested in becoming a professional actor and artist, he is gifted and has natural acting, singing, and art talent and can be considered a prodigy. Amani plays, Varsity Baseball and Middle School Basketball at Oakwood Friends School where he is a scholarship student.  Amani has played youth football and played in two Super Bowls.  He also played youth Basketball, Tennis and Little League Baseball.  

The three serve a critical role in providing a youthful insight on today's and future trends in marketing, entertainment, music, fashion, television, film, advertising, sports, education, and the lime.  Triple "AAA" as we like to call them always strive for an "A" Day, the three provide trendy innovation and versatility to the RaStarr+PR brand.  In turn RaStarr+PR is educating them in the discipline, focus and dedication required to compete in the world of Public Relations, Entertainment and Corporate, each is thriving,  due largely to George's mentorship, grooming, and their own common interests.
